Programme structure

Additional Information:
- Applicants must contact the institution they intend to visit. The staff of the International Relations Center only provides advice/assistance if necessary.
- The recommended application period is 2-5 working days. In case of a successful application, support is guaranteed for 2-5 working days. For longer periods, additional support may be provided depending on available funds.
- The mobility is contingent upon the host institution’s capacity to accommodate the participant. It is strongly recommended to confirm and document this before starting the mobility. The official program during mobility (lectures, training sessions, meetings, etc.) will be organized by the host institution, taking preferences into account.
- The instructor must follow the individual work plan submitted in the application, which was approved and signed by the relevant parties.
- Supported applicants must get familiar with the travel requirements in advance and make arrangements accordingly (e.g., health regulations, visa, entry requirements, etc.).
